Kat Skiles is a veteran Hill staffer and award-winning producer who is changing the game in political video.

Kat Skiles has spent over a decade at the intersection of politics, digital strategy, and creative content. Prior to running her own creative and digital shop, Kat served as the Message Mobilization Director for the Democratic National Committee where she managed the social, video, and studio teams. Her career in politics began about a decade earlier on Capitol Hill where she oversaw digital, design, and video operations for several Member and Committee offices including roles as Digital Director and Senior Advisor for U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and as Digital Director and Press Secretary for the U.S. House Democratic Caucus. Kat has  also worked as a Senior Marketing Strategist for the Human Rights Campaign where she developed national content plans focused on mobilizing voters to support pro-equality candidates and initiatives up and down the ballot.
